All the USA people and forgeiner from other place is so rich! The Franchman buy the Condo here and now he want to make another baby with his Chinese wife. It is only the dream for me.
In China we can have only one baby becase of the One Child Policy but if you have another then you must pay the money to the government, over 1,0000 RMB! Why the forgeiner can have so many baby? They should have only one baby also so to push forward the economy!
These day everyone in China want to buy the car. My uncle have that but he must pay 2300 RMB to the bank for that each month! I can not pay that becase my salary is tooo lower. My bicycle named Shanghai Flyer is cheaper so I will use that and save the money.

Do not worry about getting a car. It would cost too much to buy and operate and I am sure you get around rather well with your "Flyer'. Besides, you can stop more often and take all those wonderful photos for us.
We still have snow here in southern Canada Mr. Deng, and freezing rain is expected tonight :(.
We are all waiting for Spring to arrive.

Does the Frenchman get to have all this because he brings in money from the outside? Does he own the condo or lease for a long time?
Your country must be going through much of the confusion it did when foreigners first came with their wealth & other ways that resulted in so much revolution & Civil War......
I am saddened when I hear of the enormous increase in cars in China, especially Beijing & others cities, where the old will be destroyed for the new.... & the pollution levels!?!
How is China making OK having more cars when the pollution/smog has not been controlled?
When we Europeans etc are claimed to be "so rich", ask rich in what!? Money & things? Things are a burden if not helpful & money can by happiness or love even but that is rarely where it goes... Much of our countries people are running on empty hearts & overloaded minds so it is like a progressive Zombie disease.... -

You are very smart in your say but I do not know the meaning of all you say so I will try.
The Frenchman make the Euro money from his company so he is very rich in China.Now he can get 12 Euro for every one China Yuan on Black Market so he tell us everything is so cheaper in China for him! He buy the condo so now he own that not pay to the bank the fee.
Yes your say is trueing ;these day the government try to make China more clean by move the factory from the city to the country and make more of the green tree park area. Now everyone want to buy the car and drive that but now the rode in Suzhou is very croad and slow to go becase all the car.`
10~ year the go it was only the taxi and Black company car onto the street but now there are so many private car for the rich man. When I go to the train station it only take 10 minute on the city bus but now it take almost one hour to go there now becase the street is so full of the car.
All the young people want to be rich in China so they can be more happy and buy the thing. Also the hospital is very expense here. The father of a man at my company get the stomach cancer but the hospital ask to pay 30,0000 RMB! No one can pay that so he must let that man to dieing. That is the life!
In China you must take a test at the government office to see if you are helthy before you can marry the woman. If the government think you are sickly then you can not marry the woman. The government want the baby to have helthy father and mother so they do that to help the People.
But you should not feel sad becase you are so lucky to be the forgeiner and enjoy the life everyday! I wish you cheer up and get ahappy emoshun!
